• Positive: La decoración y la limpieza. Muy cómodos los espacios comunes.
• Negative: La temperatura del agua al ducharse variaba mucho todo el tiempo. Probablemente no alcanza la dimensión de la provisión de agua para que varios cuartos estén empleando el baño al mismo tiempo. Una silla adicional hubiera resultado de utilidad.
