• Location: 7.5 in front of the Virgen del Pilar, it is a good location for walking in downtown, but bad for car access, because cars are not allowed in the pedestrian zone.
• Common facilities and services: 5 internet access available but not always working, free spa but with shower door broken.
• Staff: 10 very welcoming and available for any question
• Quietness: 2.5 Church-view rooms are noisy because of the bell ringing each hour, but wonderful view.
• Room: 5 good size of the bedroom, smallest bathroom.
