The hotel is located in the commercial and business district of the city and a few metres from the RENFE train station with fast access to the main roads of the city.

Opened in 2004, the hotel includes all the facilities of a 4 star hotel, modern decoration and all the services necessary for both business guests and tourists. Rooms with free Wi-Fi, full en-suite bathrooms, mini-bar, telephone, color TV, hairdryer, safe, etc.

The hotel also has its own parking facilities and cafeteria as well as spacious function rooms for meetings and all types of banquets.

In the city centre, close to the business and commercial centre of the city (200m), close to the main access routes into the city (RENFE, motorways…) and with a wide range of external services in its immediate surroundings.

Fast access on foot to the social centre of the city where you will find the cultural, economic and business life of this small provincial capital.

HOW ARRIVE BY CAR

The hotel is easy to access from any of the roads from Burgos, Leon or Valladolid via the ring road which can be accessed from the street on which the hotel is located. The hotel is signposted from all the access points.

From Burgos, go in the direction of the industrial estate, at the 4th roundabout turn left into Avenida Santander.

From Leon, go towards the city centre and you will access Avenida Santander directly.

From Valladolid, follow signs to the Santander-Leon road and take the exit for the city centre, at the 4th roundabout turn into Avenida de Santander.

HOW TO ARRIVE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT FROM AIRPORT

Although there is a scheduled bus service between Palencia and Valladolid, we recommend that you take a taxi which takes 15 minutes to go between the two towns.

The RENFE station is just 200 metres from the hotel and easily accessed by foot or taxi (4 minutes). There are urban bus services close to the hotel (15 metres) which enable you to get to the centre and the rest of the routes serving the city.
