The classic culinary festival Lo Mejor de la Gastronomia (The Best of Gastronomy), which year after year brings together the country’s best chefs, celebrates its XI edition in the city of Alicante. It will take place between Sunday, the 8th of November, and Wednesday, the 11th, on the grounds of the Institución Ferial Alicantina (IFA).
