It will take place between Sunday, the 8th of November, and Wednesday, the 11th, on the grounds of the Institución Ferial Alicantina (IFA). The festival lasts five days, with a full agenda that includes talks, colloquia, competitions, championships, workshops and, most importantly, high level food tastings.
