 Overview of Segovia

In Segovia there are many historic buildings and monuments. Of them all, the most famous is the aqueduct built by the Romans two thousand years ago, which still remains in perfect condition. Also of note is the impressive Alcazar fortress and the late Gothic cathedral, between which you will find a well preserved medieval city, with quiet romantic streets that reveal valuable examples of architecture from many different ages.
