 Overview of Bilbao

Bilbao is the capital of the province of Biscay (Vizcaya), in the northeastern part of the Iberian peninsula, along the Basque coast.

It is the sixth largest town in Spain and an important industrial and commercial hub. Its historic quarter is proof of its medieval history, the cathedral being of particular interest. When you get to know Bilbao well you will discover many charming places tucked away throughout the city.
